Frank holds a masters degree in business administration and has gained practical experience in the music business for over 30 years as copyright and label manager for Piranha Musik (Berlin) as well as an independent music publicist for artists like Boris Kovac, Fanfare Ciocarlia, Boban I Marko Markovic, The Klezmatics, Tinariwen, and for the international WorldMusicExpo WOMEX. Besides his position as Vice-Chair Supervisory Board of Piranha Arts, Frank is part of the Piranha Records team as well as of the educational and consulting activities for clients like Goethe Institute (Juba, South Sudan and Beirut, Libanon) and with WOMEX part of the Creative Europe Project MOST Bridge for Balkan Music.
