Graduated as a Business Administrator from the Eafit University of Medellín, she is the founder of the NGO DC3 Cultura to develop cultural projects of social transformation in the territories of Colombia. She also founded and created La Magdalena Fest, a festival to honor the Magdalena River, Colombia’s main river, through culture and arts to expose the environmental, historical, cultural and heritage importance of the river. The festival has six editions and has been taking place in two riverside towns in the country.
Currently she also works as Partnership Director of Circulart, The Latin American Music Market, where she creates marketing strategies, directs the expo, and supports fundraising for the event.
During 3 years she advised the Cultural Entrepreneurship Group of the Ministry of Culture of Colombia in projects for the development and strengthening of cultural and creative industries of the country.
Speaker at WOMEX, Mundial Montreal, Folk Alliance International, Musica Mundo, Sound of the Xity, among others.
