Inspired by singer, woodwind-wielder and noted percussionist, Marzouk Mejri&#8217;s memories of his father&#8217;s brass band in Tunisia, the trio combines African, Middle Eastern and diaspora heritage into a dance-inducing feat. Charles Ferris adds glittering brass impros and layers the loops, while Ghiaccioli e Branzini directs dance-floor dynamics.
